We're of course talking about the 2025 Miami Open, with things coming right after the Indian Wells tourney wrapped up. Jack Draper won things in California, but we don't think things will result the same way in Florida, as Carlos Alcaraz is our pick to win the 2025 Miami Open. Will he get it done?
Alcaraz will arrive in Miami looking to send a statement or two. At Indian Wells, plenty of people expected him to win it all and do so without breaking a sweat. Instead, he lost in the semifinals and people couldn't believe it. It was a disappointing finish for him, but he's now focused to get back on track and post a memorable win. He's hoping to make that happen.

“Even in the warming up on court, I was missing a lot," Alcaraz said after losing at Indian Wells. "I didn't feel my shots. So that's why I was talking with Juan Carlos on the bike, because I was a little bit mad with myself about the way I warmed up on court. I didn't approach the match in the best way that I could. So I was nervous during the whole day, in the practice before the match.”

While there's a lot of focus on Alcaraz, keep in mind that Jack Draper and Novak Djokovic also hold strong Miami Open odds. This shouldn't come as a surprise at all, as Djokovic is one of the best tennis players out there and Draper is playing with a ton of confidence after winning things at Indian Wells. His magical run included taking down Alcaraz in the Indian Wells semifinals.
"I said at the end of last year I wanted to be competing with the likes of Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and all the players who are competing for big titles," Draper said after winning Indian Wells.
