Wednesday 14 October - 22:43 EDT
The New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers wrap up their intense series this Thursday night at 8:00 pm EST. With a lot of hostility between the two clubs and two aces on the hill, fans and bettors can expect an epic showdown – with the winner getting the rights to host the Chicago Cubs on Saturday.
Tuesday 13 October - 22:00 EDT
Following their 13-7 dismantling of Los Angeles last night, New York will advance to the National League Championship Series with a victory tonight. If the Mets end this series with the Dodgers they will host the NLCS versus the Chicago Cubs who about to polished off the MLB regular season best St. Louis Cardinals. That is getting way ahead of ourselves though as we expect some push back from the Dodgers as they face playoff elimination. First pitch for Game 4 of this NLDS duel is slated for 8:05 PM ET on October 13, 2015, at Citi Field in what will be a very raucus Queens, New York. Mash with the Mets!
Tuesday 13 October - 16:18 EDT
It’s LeBron James and company in the NBA’s Central Division once again as the King is unlikely to give up his throne. The division does have a ton of depth and if injuries bog the Cavaliers down, the race will likely be tighter than the odds suggest.
Saturday 10 October - 21:24 EDT
From big flies, to shutouts, to controversy, plus homefield not being much of an advantage, we’ve had a bit of everything through the first eight games of the 2015 Major League Baseball postseason. With Saturday being a travel day in the American League series, the MLB spotlight is on the National League as the St. Louis Cardinals are currently hosting the Chicago Cubs – prior to the New York Mets visiting the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Mets are up 1-0 on the Dodgers with Game Two of their NLDS battle slated for 9:07 PM ET on October 10, 2015, at Dodger Stadium in Southern California. We like Los Angeles here.
Friday 09 October - 16:37 EDT
National League Divisional Series opens today as the New York Mets visit the Los Angeles Dodgers in Major League Baseball playoff action. Members of the National League since 1962, the Mets and Dodgers will meet in the playoffs for just the third time in 54 years. As the last game on the Sportsbook.ag betting board tonight, first pitch is slated for 9:45 PM ET on October 9, 2015, at Dodger Stadium in Chavez Ravine, CA. Home field has not been an advantage early on in the postseason as the visitors went 4-0 during the first four games.
Friday 09 October - 12:19 EDT
Each playoff series has one game this weekend with the AL having their third – and potentially final games – while the NL is only onto game two. Here of a quick preview of what to expect from each game and a pick on who should be victorious.
Wednesday 07 October - 14:18 EDT
The Raptors enter this season as large favourites to win the Atlantic division but should feel a bit of pressure from a youthful and energetic Boston Celtics teams. Outside of those two franchises, it is unlikely to expect the remaining three to even contend for a playoff spot, let alone the division title.
Wednesday 07 October - 03:19 EDT
Roctober is upon us as the 2015 Major League Baseball playoffs are now underway. The Houston Astros have advanced to the main dance card as the AL Wild Card winners, while Pittsburgh Pirates and Chicago Cubs will battle in the NL Wild Card game on October 7, 2015. The Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers matchup is set and the bookmakers at the TopBet online sportsbook have just released the prices for the American League Division Series. Game One is slated for 3:37 PM ET on October 8, 2015. We like the stacked Blue Jays to advance to the ALCS with a series victory over the surprising Rangers.
Monday 05 October - 15:39 EDT
Week 4 of the National Football League schedule wraps up with the Detroit Lions visiting the Seattle Seahawks in the Monday Night Football clash. The Seahawks posted their first win of the season last week while the Lions are winless to open their 2015 NFL campaign. This NFC North versus NFC West action is slated for 8:35 PM ET on October 5, 2015, at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington. We expect a low scoring win by the Seahawks here.
