Off track betting in the state of Wyoming is administered through two different organizations, those being Wyoming Downs LLC, and Wyoming Horse Racing LLC. While both organizations' websites list multiple locations throughout the state, it's difficult to determine via the Web whether all of the locations are actually in operation as OTBs as of fall 2017. As these OTBs are located mostly in bars and restaurants, which are known for frequently changing their business model, it's best to check directly with the location if in fact OTB wagering is on offer before heading out.
